• Staring at the entire greenhouse in amazement, Rakia touched the ends of the flowers she passed as she casually walked around the greenhouse. The scenery and atmosphere at this time made her forget for a moment the worries she had just thought about. Several male and female students were paying attention to a lecture by a male instructor about Rakia's age. He wore glasses, smooth black pants, and a long-sleeved shirt rolled up to his elbows. Around the man was her mother, who was also listening to the man's explanation. Rakia decided not to join, as she wasn't really interested in hearing about plants. Now her interest in everything was gone. She also sat on one of the wooden benches and waited for her mother while surfing the Internet.
• "Hello, excuse me, are you Mrs. Adeline's daughter?" someone asked, drawing Rakia's attention to her cell phone. She looked up and stared for a moment at the owner of the blue eyes behind the thick black-rimmed glasses. Rakia smiled and nodded, "Yes, that's me."
• "I'm Steven. Nice to meet you," the man said politely with a gentle smile. Rakia knew the kind of man Steven was. Nerdy and mysterious.
