• Charlotte didn't dare head back to the Moore's. Instead, she killed some time at Diana's place before reluctantly returning home that evening. While on the way, she thought of a plan to avoid talking to Kennedy. She was going to take a bath immediately, bury herself under the blanket, and switch off the lights before he discovered she was home. Charlotte figured Kennedy wouldn't drag her out of the bed, seeing that she was asleep.
