• SNOWS POV
• I couldn’t breathe when I saw him, it was almost like the world toppled over and scattered everything that I had tried so hard to organize in my mind. I saw him and pieces of me that I didn’t even know still existed broke inside me. I didn’t know what to feel or what to do. All I could do was run and hide. In that moment, that is all I wanted to do. how could I ever face him again?
• I pace back and forth in Kol’s room and I startle lightly when he pushes open the door to his room. We exchange a look and his eyes soften as he sees the tears laced in mine. He shakes his head slowly and walks toward me with his arms wide open and I don’t hesitate to run into his arms.
