• LAURA'S POV
• After another hectic day at work, I just wanted to avoid anything that had to do with Mr. Finch and focus on calming my nerves. I dropped my bag on the table and headed to the bathroom to freshen up and change into something more decent and comfortable for the night.
• As I pulled my hair into a messy bun, I heard my phone ringing. Sighing softly, I walked towards the bed, picked it up, and stared at the caller ID calmly. The incoming call was from my sister, Cindy.
