• SELENA'S POV
• My eyes were dripping in tears; my eyes had started closing because of the bad headache; and Pete was on the floor bleeding. I did so many things to stop the bleeding that it would stop and start again. "How do we move out of here?" I asked, even though I wasn't expecting Pete to answer me.
• Pete raised his hand and placed it on my lap. "Selena, you can go. I don't want them to catch you here because of me. Moreover, I might not survive this. Please go, Selena." Pete said, but that was impossible because there was no way I could leave him there.
