Chapter 15 He Held Another Woman

• Ji Zeyan replied, "We are going for the bad date."
• The clerk shot us a strange look, but spoke no more and ran through the procedure.
• When I walked out with a red certificate in hand next to Ji Zeyan, he suddenly turned to me, "Qin Ziqi, for all the efforts you spent to marry me, I will NOT let you down."
• Even in the summer heat, I could feel the goosebumps on my arms.
• I opened my mouth to explain, but Ji Zeyan's drive ran over with a bottle of water and a pill box.
• The driver handed me both upon seeing a glance of approval from Ji Zeyan.
• I was confused at the scientific name on the pill box first, but when I saw the tiny scripture underneath, my heart shook.

• There was nothing I could say. I simply took the pill.
