• The following days involved me avoiding Sebastian stepmother and trying my best to blend into the kingdom. It was like Abberdin all over again, minus the blood sucking.
• The days had begun to weigh on me and when I thought I'd suffocate in my room, I slipped out one night and regretted it instantly.
• Walking through the night gardens, I tried to lose myself to the smell of azaleas and startled when I instantly became aware of another scent. I opened my eyes to see Sebastian's stepmother making her way towards me.
