• Irene was done for the day of filming, so when she returned to her room, Ethan was already waiting for her.
• "Things slipped; it didn't go as planned." Irene stared blankly at him before sitting beside him. "If it didn't go as planned, it doesn't mean it wouldn't go as planned some other time, and that time is very close."
• Ethan frowned. Irene was sometimes unpredictable; he expected her to yell or for her to have a sour face, but instead, she wasn't bothered. "Is there something you aren't telling me?"
