• Looking out through the curtain glass windows, the skyscrapers stretch toward the floor to ceiling window glass facades reflecting the midday sun and casting patterns of light across the busy streets below, I was hoping as I checked among the faces that I would catch a glimpse of her face among the people down below. My view became blurry from the effect of straining my eyes while standing there since morning. This was my routine everyday searching for her hoping I would see and touch her face one more time. A knock on the door interrupted me from my trail of thoughts and I casted a glance as the door opened revealing my Secretary who was covered in beads of sweat.
