• Somehow, Maia’s petit figure had managed to push Morgan to the back as now, she stood about four inches beneath Audrey. Despite that, Maia didn’t back down. She stood her ground, looking into Audrey’s gaze with a fury strong enough to have a bull running off with its tail between its legs. The anger radiating off her scared Morgan to the very core, and she knew better than to utter a word.
• “You heard my girlfriend, leave” Maia Shelton spat out in a tone Morgan Daniels hadn’t heard since being with her.
