• “So are you going to tell me what all that drama was about?” Laiba Fawkham asked holding a planner in one hand and a can of soda in another hand, trying to sit on the couch without spilling the soda.
• “What drama?” Morgan Daniels feigned oblivion as she scribbled away on her jotter.
• “So what do you think of November 30th?” she changed the topic, hoping that Laiba will just go along with it and stop trying to pry about yesterday.
