• The only thing I was concerned about was her. I saw how she panicked. Even though she had managed to stay calm now, I didn't know when next it will hit again. I had once felt like this, the constant guilt, worry, trauma, every day was a nightmare and I just wanted to end it all. But through therapy, I was able to overcome it, I have been able to stay calm whenever I see or hear something that triggers my past traumas.
