• She seemed frightened by me, then hugged me and cried, "I was wrong, Nanyi. I saw your brother being beaten like that, and I was so upset that I cursed at you. Don't be mad at Mom. Can you please go beg Mr. Huo for help? Only you can save your older brother now."
