Chapter 29 Chapter Twenty Eight

• Lillian woke up at someone tapping on the table, she sat up groggily and seeing the pretty black face staring at her, she wondered where she was. “Dear, you have been here for a long time, are you lost?” The beautiful black woman asked her.
• “Huh, lost? No em..” remembering where she was and why, she looked out the glass door to be blessed with the sight of seeing Shane talking to a black haired woman, she quickly stood up, making the elderly woman gasped at her action, “I’m sorry ma’am, I have to go now, thank you,” she ran to the door and out of the café.
• Not bothering to look before crossing the street, Lillian ran through just as Shane was walking the woman to a car that appeared from the underground parking lot, she believe, “Shane!” she called and saw him froze before turning to her side.
