• “You son of a bitch!” JD yelled as I told Preston to take him into custody and Carson couldn’t even look him in the eye.
• The Elders were waiting for Rylee in the meeting room and the other Sires were also taking their leave. We all had a lot of work to do and taking time out of your schedule for an impromptu meeting like this had consequences.
