• After a few days of looking, Carlos and Dina had finally found the best location for their ice cream shop. They also had a good talk with the owner, and they were all excited. However, on the day of signing the rental agreement, the owner suddenly backed out as they were about to renovate the area. The owner insisted on returning their down payment.
