• “Flowers for my wife.”, Rico said happily as he stretched out his hand, giving Dina the flowers. He patiently waited for Dina near the gate. Dina smiled too, but it was a sad smile. She’ll just think that Rico is really doing these things for her, but in reality, Rico might even be imagining Alice while doing these things.
• “Rico…”, Dina started. Rico automatically turned his head to Dina, for she had called his name so sweetly. Dina held Rico’s hand; Rico wondered why Dina had suddenly become so sweet. It’s embarrassing to admit, but he felt kilig towards Dina’s sweetness despite his age. He knows he was blushing as he felt butterflies in his stomach.
