Chapter 3
- "Hey Amelia, over here" I hear a voice call to me as I walk into the gym
- I turn in the direction the voice came in to see Emma and three other girls from the cheer squad, I smiled as I made my way towards them
- "Hey" I say as I walk up
- "Hey! Omg, I didn't know you were in this class" Emma says excited
- "Yeah sorry, it never came up" I say
- "Nevermind that," she says waving it off
- "There's this really hot boy that I need to show you" she says excited
- "Where?" I ask curiously
- She turns my body so I'm facing the bleachers then tilts my head up and to the side
- "Him. In the black V neck" she says pointing at the one and only...
- Easton Hayes.
- Almost like he could feel my eyes burning holes on the side of head he turns towards us then looks at me with shock evident on his face
- "Omg he's looking over here!" Emma squeals in my ear a little too loud for my liking
- He then regains his composture and winks causing me to glare at him and him to laugh at my reaction obviously not noticing the squealing girls behind me
- "Ahhhh and he winked too!" Emma squeals again causing me to turn around and look at them
- While they were fangirling over a literal asshat I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket
- I fish it out to see I have 1 new message, I unlock my phone and read the message only to end up scowling
- Easton- you as a cheerleader? could you get anymore sexier?
- I know he was teasing because it's this ongoing war me and him have been having with each other since I was nine and he was ten.
- Stella never seemed to care until about a month ago when Easton and I were arguing about hickies when Stella just so happened to catch the last part of our conversation before yanking me out of the room and threatening her brother.
- She took it out of context since he had me trapped leaning against the counter as he was leaned down so that our faces were a couple inches apart, but the position meant nothing to me.
- Amelia- you as a football player? Could you get anymore clich?
- I texted him back before putting my phone away and listening to the gym rules and safety regulations.
