Her eyes were indifferent and she didn't glance at the man beside her. Instead, she said, “You should go to the bathroom and wash away the scent on you first.”
• Eric tucked her in. “The doctor told me you didn't eat tonight. I've already asked the housekeeper to prepare soup for you. It'll be ready soon.”
