Chapter 35 The Scar

• Sophia pulled herself away from Albert’s embrace, and he didn’t stop her. She got up and sat with her back to him. Albert did the same, staring at the back of Sophia with curiosity.
• Meanwhile, Sophia felt incredibly nervous and scared. She took a deep breath, then exhaled slowly, trying to steady herself. They had talked, but their relationship hadn’t gone very far yet.
• Albert needed to know now, because there was still time to turn back.
