• Asher stood by the French window of his office in the Emerson’s Headquarters, his left hand was in his pocket, his expression unreadable, and his lips were pressed together in a straight line, there was no one in the room since he has ordered them all out, but suddenly, he heard a knock on the door that made is eyebrows crease.
• He shut his eyes momentarily, the thought of having a peaceful hour was never allowed, the door did not open, but he knock came again when he ignored it.
• “Come in!” h said with clenched jaw and turned to face the door, it slowly creaked open and Asher scoffed when he saw Roy making his way in. “Are you a parasite?” He asked Roy who halt by the door and lowered his gaze.
