Chapter 92

• David holding her hands made the ladies throw a disgusted looks towards her way. Betty knew that she shouldn’t bother about them but what was said about her couldn’t leave her mind. She felt embarrassed and humiliated besides him.
• Then when they took their seat on the table at the corner, Betty heard a female client say that she was the unwanted wife and she wondered what she was doing in the restaurant with David. David too didn’t miss the unspeakable comment and he shot the woman a dark stare.
• He swore there and then that he was going to show those stupid people that Betty was his wife until they get divorced. He might have made a mistake because he was forced to marry her but he knew in his heart that Betty was some one that he didn’t want them to mess with, she was sacred and special.
