Chapter 33 Kayla's Banquet

At the Epoch International Hotel, the cab stopped in front of the hotel, and Raven got out. She was wearing jeans, flat shoes, and a T-shirt, while her hair was tied in a ponytail, which made her look very youthful and energetic. However, since she was at an international hotel, she looked a bit out of place.
From time to time, she saw people walking arm in arm at the door of the hotel. Most of the men were elites; they were either in suits or business shirts. Women either wore long dresses or short skirts that were tightly wrapped around their hips. They were either fashionable or elegant, and none was as casual as Raven.
However, Raven didn't care; she was here today to support Kayla and lend her courage. After waiting at the door for a few minutes, she didn't see Kayla, so she called the latter. Kayla said that she met Lily when she arrived, and she had gone in first after getting upset with Lily. She asked Raven to go in by herself, saying that Lily was hosting the banquet in the Daffodil Hall on the right side of the elevator on the third floor.
