• My brows creased in the center portion of my forehead, "Business?" I parroted.
• "Philanthropy helps build relationships with clients and potential clients, Florence." He explains to me as a college professor would. "It helps build and support your brand. It promotes employee engagement." He speaks business professionally.
• I am subtly disheartened about what he said because I guess I had this imaginary image of him in the back of my head that he is not as cold as I perceived or imagined him to be.
