• Ava POV
• I groaned rolling to the other side of the bed, to find the hard chest I once placed my head on gone. I squinted my eyes open, the brightness in the room was the first to welcome my eyes. I yawned sitting up slowly with my body still under the big duvets. I glanced around the empty room to see I’m alone and Lucien gone.
• The rays of the morning sunshine gleams across the room, a small smile lit up on my lips realizing I’m now a somebody free to see the sun’s beauty now.
