• “I was waiting for you,” Liara said, not hiding her happiness from her mate because that was the tip that she had received from Caroline. She had to show the real her without any wall. That was what she needed if she didn’t know R of Romance.
• Once Theodore was inside, she asked him to wait for her in the study room. She joined him there after a minute with a blueberry cheesecake that her mother had sent for her.
• “Here!! Mom sent this for me.” She said, passing a plate toward him.
