Chapter 33 The Dark Life Of Alexander (Thirty Three)

• Slipping a ten dollar bill to the valet, Alex then quickly got into his car and drove out of the parking lot of the Harper condo. This morning was more beautiful than any morning he had lived in his thirty-two years of life which could not be called good. There's nothing more beautiful than spending the morning with Harper while listening to her chatter about her favorite book. That book! The book he wrote himself five years ago. It's nice to know that the woman he loves so much enjoys every paragraph he writes through his imagination.
• Not entirely imaginary actually. The book almost tells the story of his half of life which has been tightly closed from everyone. The story contains eighty percent truth that tells the story of his life. The origin of Alexander Enzo did not come from a good and respected family. He had to start his career as a property entrepreneur from scratch. From when he just moved to Toronto without having a clear goal. He had thought of living a new life after the death of his sister and mother. But after he arrived in Toronto, things were not as easy as he imagined. The world had taught him very hard before he got success.
• Armed with three thousand dollars from the proceeds of selling the house and its contents, Alex decided to get out of Sherbrooke. He was fed up with the city. There were so many bad memories that his parents had left there that made his brows always furrowed in displeasure when the name of the city was mentioned. But that doesn't mean he becomes antipathy to that place and won't set foot there again. No, absolutely not. He just didn't like the memories his family left there.
