• “Oh my gosh..really? Did they really catch him?” She was so overwhelmed with relief, she cried weakly in his arms, but her own arm was still tight about his neck.
• “Yes, baby. He’s under police custody as we speak.” They were sitting in bed, watching some series on Netflix, waiting for any bit of news. Jordan ran his hands up and down her back, offering comfort. “It’s okay baby. You’re safe now.”
