Chapter 41

• The following morning Eric woke up in a very good mood after the night he had with Nelly, he was able to spend some time with her, and for once she seemed to be willing to be around him that she even volunteered to make him a meal. Their conversation had been flowing nicely throughout the night and he did not forget to watch her as she moved up and down the kitchen, well of course Nelly didn't see all of this as she was focused on making her meal.
• All of this caused a warm feeling to rise up the man's chest, the feeling was so strong and was like something he had never felt before and had brought life to his stone cold life making him think about a time when this woman would be able to cook freely in his house back home with his kids running around the place, he could already imagine how bright his dull life would be. For that to happen though he needed to make this woman his wife, make her comfortable enough to tell him about the kids.
• He shook his head bringing himself back to reality, he then got out of bed and headed straight for the bathroom where he took his shower and got himself ready for the day. Once he was done he came out of his room as dazzling as always, but he immediately froze when he saw the panicked look on Nelly's face as she rushed out of the penthouse. Although it was the second day of the concert, judging from the look Nelly had on , the man knew that something must have happened, so he immediately called the reception area of the hotel to find out if everything was fine.
