• “You’re saying that...” I trailed off, still in shock. Lois’ words reminded me of the face of the woman that seemed so familiar, yet so foreign to me. She stared at me in awe, her mouth opening to form the words ‘my king’.
• Who is she? Why do I keep thinking of her? Did she just call me her ‘king’? Why is she addressing me like that?
