• Ava stood there for a minute, trying to sense if she felt different. She didn’t. That meant they were still in Interealm. It was still just as dark as it had been standing in front of the garage.
• “Nova showed me on the map, and we are this far—” She held up her finger and thumb, a few inches apart. “—from your building.”
• Ava tried not to smile at how little the princess understood about maps. “Two-hour drive roughly.” She shrugged.
