• I couldn't believe the stories that Randall was telling me and even less that he was so willing to share them with me. It made me so sad when I learned about his history, about his own father doing him and his mother injustice.
• How could a father be so cruel to his own child? How could his father be so horrible to his own mate? I just couldn't understand it. So what if Randall is part Dark Fae and Shadowsinger, he was still a young boy that did nothing wrong.
