Chapter 44

• The dinner was going great. I had a lot of fun with the others. Everyone was cracking jobs about different events that had happened on the job. Everyone except for Lucy. She has been trying to make me uncomfortable but I wouldn’t let anything she say get to me, since I already know that she is just being bitter and jealous about my relationship with Alan. She has been giving me snide comments but I refuse to let her words get to me.
• After the call with Alan, we all had fun for a bit and then it was time to call it a day because we were all to resume work the nest day. We all went outside and everyone left, I was to order for a cab but then I really wanted to use the restroom so I rushed inside. In the restroom while I was washing my hands, I felt someone behind me and before I could say jack, my face was blindfolded and I was pushed into the bathroom stall, I tried fighting back but because I was taken by surprise, I couldn’t defend myself and I was locked in the bathroom while my found was on the bathroom counter.
