Chapter 196 The Celebration

• By the time Ren had finished his meal, I had given up all hope of going to the celebration. Failing to muster up the courage to ask him to go along with me, I had decided that perhaps it wasn’t all that bad to stay in the tent with Ren for the night just like we always did. I tried my best to ignore the noises of people laughing, cheering, and singing outside even as it continued to get louder.
