Chapter 184 War March

• As the wagon rocked from side to side on the bumpy road, my mind drifted off to Ren. I wondered where he is now. Ren was probably riding his horse somewhere in the front along with Shin and his other war generals. The journey would take a couple of days and during all that time I had to avoid running into Ren. Thankfully there were so many soldiers here that running into him would actually be a small miracle in and of itself.
• Although I dreaded the moment when Ren would find out that I had tagged along on this journey with him, I also wanted to meet him soon. I wanted to see that he was doing alright and most of all, I wanted to share our usual small talks and laughter again.
