• "Daria, what happened?" I asked. I was furious because of the issues at the bank. I never thought that I was going to face a problem such as this. JS Bank is the number one bank in the country. The clients were either a JS Bank or a non-JS Bank. It's just either of the two. Now our clients are declining. I ignored it in the first month because I knew how the economy was. But the decline in three consecutive months is unacceptable.
• There must be something going on to make this happen. We have the best service among other banks and I know that first hand. We have bank accounts in competitor banks, so I know. I made sure to be updated with all their services so we wouldn't be late just in case they think of something really good.
