Chapter 52 Never Again

• Jefferson's POV
• Next morning, I woke up and looked at Celina's side of the bed, only to find it empty. I looked around and called her but I received no answer. I rushed out of the bedroom thinking she had left me and looked for Susane. "Did you see Celina?"
• "In the study room," she replied, and I rushed to the study. It was locked and she wasn't opening the door either. I took the key and opened it. I look at her usual spot, which is on my office table and chair, but she's not there as well. Just her drawing tablet. Then I noticed that the door to the verandah was open, so I went there and I felt relieved when I found her there.
