• Before I knew what was happening, she was straddling my lap, her body pressed against mine, cocooning me in warmth and affection. This was the first time we were truly alone. Usually, the others would have arrived by now, but they weren’t. It was just me and Anila, and I loved everything about it.
• Her mouth was finding mine again and she captured me in a hungry and lust-filled kiss that took my entire breath away. She nibbled on my bottom lip, bringing it into her mouth and I heard a light growl from her inner animal. I knew none of her animals would hurt me; I could never be afraid of her or them.
