Chapter 106

• It had been another week since last Friday, Dolly came by with her offer to take care of my pups for me while I was at work. I shouldn't lie, I am grateful that she offered. Now I can really start saving up money not having to worry about daycare fees. She was a life saver.
• For a Friday the place was quiet, very unusual for Eddy's but I was glad none the less. I could use a breather before somebody walks in.
• I was by a booth that had a window seat. I knew that I must have had that faraway look on my expression. But I couldn't help it, there was nothing else I could do but occupy myself with my thoughts while I waited for a customer to walk in through the door.
