• As soon as I head downstairs, Eric runs up the stairs to call Lachlan and Lena. I try to stop him but he barrels past me. A few minutes later all three of them are heading down the stairs. I look at Lena and she smiles down at me, I guess that whatever Lachlan had to tell her was good or he didn't get a chance because of Eric.
• I walk up to her and put my arms around her shoulders and embrace her. "Are you ok?"
