• I knew this question was coming, Elijah is an integral part of the council, of course people have noticed his absence. “I'm not going to lie to you, Elijah is one of the reasons that I called this council meeting so abruptly, and I will explain everything but I ask that you keep your questions to yourself until I am done speaking.” I say then I look at each and everyone at the table and they all nod their heads.
• “The last time Lachlan was here, he told you all about the feral shifters but he also told you not to let anyone outside of the council know what was happening. That was a plan on our part, we knew we had a mole, someone who had betrayed us and we needed to find out. Turns out that mole was Elijah.” Immediately I drop that news there's an uproar that I do not have time for.
