• Andrea trembled with every step she took into the room, not only because Astrid said she was going to take a bath with him, but because of Amber's reaction. He had never been a man who had many women, he had never been a man who liked to play with many women, he was not Fernando, he was a committed man, but, he had not chosen all that either. He let go of Astrid's grip.
• "I'll go down to my office Astrid, you go take a bath," he said, letting go of the girl's grip.
• He didn't know how to handle the situation, at another time he would have wanted to sleep with Astrid, she was always a good lover, she was always a seductive woman, but now, his mind and heart, as well as his body, belonged to the girl he had left with her eyes full of water in the playroom.
