Chapter 8 Employees

• Hannah
• I was worried when he ordered me to work there. I don’t know if I can do anything. I wanted to stay away from him, but because of Samantha I have to bear with him every day!
• I sat on one of the seats in his cabin only and started working. A laptop was already there.
• As I worked, I remembered the things he told me in the mail. All the duties and work. I remember them nicely but in some of them, I had to work with other employees. But he has not even made me familiar with anyone else.
• I sighed. I wanted to meet other people, so I left the cabin. I walked to the left along the corridor and soon I saw a girl.
• She was almost my age. I smiled. Maybe I can make friends.
• I went to her. “Hello, I am new here” I smiled at her. She looked at me, from up and down and scoffed.
• “Hello” she replied. “Stay away from the boss”
• “Huh? What do you mean?”
• “You know what I mean,” she smirked.
• “Uh… who are you?”
• “Someone more decent than you” she whispered and scoffing, she left. I was stunned and just stood still. Am I not decent?
• I looked at myself as I felt self-conscious. No, I shouldn’t think much. It is alright. Some people are like this only. They just know how to bitch-talk. That’s all they can do. I shouldn’t get offended.
• I took a deep breath and started moving further. I saw two girls coming. I decided to give it a shot again.
• “Hello, I am new here” I said to them with a smile. One of them walked up to me. “Hello, slut”
• “What?” I was angry.
• “What? Can’t face the truth honey?”
• I looked to the side and sighed in anger. What the fuck is up with them?
• She smirked and moved to the right side but the other girl looked at me. “Hello, I am Nancy. I am so sorry for what she said…”
• “But…” I sighed. “Well, I am Hannah. But why?”
• “Nice to meet you. Uh…”
• “Yeah, tell me?”
• She sighed. “You know, they are jealous”“Jealous? Of what?”
• “That you are in a relationship with our boss--”“WHAT” I interrupted. “No, I am not!”
• “But he called you babe the other day--”“And he had no explanation of it! I asked him! Trust me, I am not in any relationship with him!”
• She sighed. “Well, that has to be cleared then. I will tell Jade”
• “Oh so her name is Jade?”
• “Yeah”“Alright…”
• “No need to worry, I am your friend” she smiled. I smiled back. At least someone is good here.“Sure, Nancy”
• She smiled and then went in the same direction as Jade. I was really tired and so I started going back to the cabin but I saw Ryan standing on the door of his cabin and looking at me. I was a little bit scared.
• I walked up to the door slowly. “What were you doing?” he asked me.
• I looked at him and then down. “Just trying to meet up with other employees”
• He sighed and I looked at him. He smirked. “You know what”
• “What?” I asked him.
• He kept coming close to me after he said that. So close that I hit the wall because I turned and his breath was all over my face.
• “R-Ryan” I managed to say.
• He smirked and looked into my eyes. “You must know that they think we are in a relationship”“Why did you do that? You know everyone hates me now!”
• “Oh well, I didn’t do anything” he smirked. “They just think that because it is kind of obvious that we belong”
• “You are out of your senses”
• “Oh you will be'' he leaned down and I looked sideways. He was about to kiss on my cheeks.
• “Ryan, get away” I whispered.
• “Not anymore”
• I decided to get away myself because he can’t just touch me without my permission. I used a little force and got out of his captivity. I took deep breaths while he smirked.
• “Now I know that” he looked at me and I looked at him with a little anger. “If I don’t want, you can never get out of my grip”
• “You really think you can do anything because you are the boss, right?”
• “Right baby” he smirked and opened the door. “Continue your work now”
• I calmed myself from almost killing him with my anger. I mean literally. I don’t know what he thinks of himself as. But he is just another guy who ruined my childhood. I mean, I don’t even remember why I had a crush on him! He doesn’t deserve to be crushed on!
• I went inside and sat on another table. There were two tables in the cabin. After a minute, I looked at him. “Look, mr. Ryan, I will definitely work if you stop staring at me”
• “Sure baby and I will stop staring… if” he looked down and smirked. I looked at him suspiciously and I heard the door lock. I was scared. “You decide to choose. Between being my girlfriend or getting bankrupt”
