Chapter 13

• My birthday is today. The last few weeks have flown by. Gabriella had to stay after class almost every day for remedial assistance. I had no idea she was performing so poorly. Training went extremely well. I've made significant progress. Alpha Viktor gave us the go-ahead to begin sparring. He said we should be able to join the regular training sessions in two weeks.
• "Guess what," Gabriella announced in the dressing room. "William, Trent, Adam, and Zander have been invited to your birthday party."
• "That's an easy way to meet them," I pointed out.
