• John was up the next morning even before the sun to prepare for his interview. Excitement was an understatement to what he felt. After he was done taking his bath and dressing up, he got his necessary documents ready before he hopped back into bed, he took out his phone and glanced at the time, it was a few minutes past six and the meeting was scheduled for eight in the morning.
• He glanced at Maria who was sleeping peacefully beside him. He removed the strand of hair that fell across her face and stroked her cheeks gently before he kissed her and made his way downstairs to make himself a cup of coffee
• He looked at the watch he had strapped to his wrist and saw that it was already a few minutes to seven. "I still have one hour left." He muttered subconsciously.
