• A few weeks later, Michael left the house early in the morning and went over to Kelvin's house as they needed to get something important.
• Sara was left to take care of Nora. Nora had been feeling weak lately, she couldn't eat and she couldn't do anything.
• She threw up most of the food Sara prepared for her. Sara was in the kitchen preparing their breakfast when she heard a shout from the sitting room. She thought it was nothing and went on with the food she was cooking but when she shout came again as a little bit louder than the first, she turned off the gas and ran to meet Nora.
