Chapter 60 "The Accomplice"

• "Fuck it!" exclaimed Micael disdainfully. "Ethan wanted Adam and Filipe to abuse the girl," he continued, observing the tension in the air. "Adam didn't agree," he said firmly, making his position clear. "But Filipe did," he continued, his gaze lowering as he recalled his own past tortures.
• In an effort to rescue the girl from the horrendous situation, Adam proposed a different approach. "I thought telling her the truth about what awaited her could somehow help," he explained, sharing his idea with the others.
