- "You and I know very well that shipping expenses doesn’t cost that much. I will pay 3,100,000 dollars for it. Take it or leave it," the client replied.
- "Alright then, we have a deal, I will email you the details later, it was nice doing business with you," Scott said.
- “Likewise,”
- "Bye sir," Scott said as he ended the call.
- Mike walked into his office,
- "Sir, Mrs. Jennifer wants to see you," he said.
- “What does she want now?“ he asked raising a brow.
- “I don’t know she has been waiting here for a few minutes now.” Mike said. Scott stroked his chin.
- "Send her in," he said.
- Mike walked out of the office.
- Jennifer walked into his office. She sat down in one of the seats in front of his desk,
- “Sir…” Scott cut in.
- "You have exactly 5 minutes to say what you want to say," he said with a lot of aggression in his voice.
- "Okay sir, I just wanted to say that I am sorry for the mistake I made earlier. It was not intentional," she apologized with a sad expression on her face. He glared at her.
- "Apology accepted. Make sure such a mistake doesn’t repeat itself again," He said staring at her.
- "No sir, I will not make such a mistake again," she assured.
- "Alright, you can leave my office now," Scott said bluntly.
- "Okay," Jennifer stood up and walked out of his office.
- Look at how she walks, she doesn’t even have class, she is beautiful though. Scott thought.
- Meanwhile,
- In Mrs. Campbell’s office. Jennifer was seated in front of Mrs. Campbell’s desk,
- "He accepted my apology, and he told me not to make such a mistake again," Jennifer said as a smile curved across her face.
- "Okay, he might have accepted your apology, but Mr. Scott will still have his eyes on you so be careful," Mrs. Campbell replied.
- Eyes on me, I don't want that, I just came here to get information on him, I can't afford him finding out I came to spy on his company, Jennifer thought.
- "I will make sure not to make any mistakes on any of his work again," Jennifer said. Her eyes drifted to the wall clock at the back of Campbell’s desk.
- "Oh shit! I need to be somewhere," she said out loud.
- She stood up. She told Mrs. Campbell she was going home, she rushed out of her office.
- She went to her desk and took her handbag, she walked out of the office building, and waited in front of the company, waiting for the Uber she ordered to arrive.
- Jennifer Morris was a 25-year-old redhead with grey eyes and pink lips. She works for Rockwell's Arts enterprise. She idolizes her boss Rockwell and would do anything for his company. She started working for Rockwell from the day she graduated from Art college. Rockwell’s father was a good friend to Jennifer’s dad, that was why she started working for Rockwell’s company and was dedicated to him.
- Her Uber driver arrived and picked her up, A couple of minutes later, she arrived at the front of a grocery store. She came down from the Uber and walked into the store, she bought a couple of grocery items, that she was going to use and cook at home. After she was done shopping, she checked out at the front register and walked out of the store, with two white nylon bags in her hands and her handbag hanging on her shoulder.
- She walked down the road heading to her apartment building, her apartment was right down the street from the grocery store, as she got to the apartment, she walked up to the front door, she brought out her keys from her handbag and opened the door, she walked into the house, she walked over to the kitchen, as she got there, she dropped the groceries on the kitchen counter.
- She walked out of the kitchen and went into her bedroom. She dropped her handbag on the bed, and took of the clothes she was wearing. She took out a pair of sweatpants and a T-shirt from her wardrobe and put them on. After that, she went into the kitchen and started cooking.
- It was Jennifer’s turn to cook something in the house, so that when her roommate, Lindsey comes back from work, she would see something to eat.
- As she was cooking, Lindsey walked into the kitchen,
- "Hmm it smells nice in here," she said.
- "Welcome back, your majesty," Jennifer replied with a smile.
- "Well done, my royal subject; I can see your cooking skills are improving," Lindsey said toothy smile.
- "Oh, come on, you know I cook better than you," Jennifer replied.
- "I know, you don’t have to say it out loud," Lindsey giggle
- "I am going to go change," Lindsey added as she walked out of the kitchen.
- Later in the evening, Jennifer was done cooking and was arranging the plates on the kitchen diner.
- "Lindsey!" Jennifer yelled.
- Lindsey walked into the kitchen area, where she sat down at the dining table.
- "Serve yourself," Jennifer said.
- "Don't mind if I do," Lindsey replied.
- As she carried a spoon and started serving herself,
- "Wow, the spaghetti sauce smells amazing," Lindsey complimented.
- "Thanks, taste it and tell me what you think about it," Jennifer said.
- After she was done serving herself, she carried a spoonful of spaghetti and put it in her mouth,
- "Hmmm, it tastes great, just like the other ones you make," Lindsey said.
- "Thanks," Jennifer said, as she started eating.
- Jennifer enjoys Lindsey's company and they both work for Mr. Rockwell. As they were eating, Lindsey started staring at Jennifer continuously.
- "You look like something is bothering you. What happened?" Lindsey asked.
- "I made a mistake at work today," Jennifer answered.
- "What type of mistake?" She asked.
- "I made Mr. Scott lose ten thousand dollars at a sale today,"
- "What! Did he find out?" She asked with her mouth hanging loosely.
- "Yes he did, and he yelled at me he even threw a document at my face." Jennifer answered.
