Chapter 23 Peace

• "Thank you, Benedict, for saving us from the curse we will carry for the rest of our lives. This way, we can both live in peace," Naima hugged Azula tightly, who was crying with happiness. Benedict gave Naima and Azula a healing potion to stop their bleeding.
• "Why are you thanking me? Shouldn't you be angry that I cut off your hands?" asked Benedict, surprised by their behaviour.
• "Don't you know? If a person possesses a divine weapon, his mind will eventually be controlled by the divine weapon and become a killing machine," Azula asked back with a sharp look at Benedict, then weakened her gaze as a clear liquid fell from the corner of her eyelids.
