So while the alliance still remains, the alpha of White Moon supports any Red Fang member coming to the territory for any help and support he can give. When he discovers severe abuse he will use White General as a way to get the wolf out of the territory. My understanding is that he has contact with three sanctuary packs located in New York but the details of how he moves them is unknown.”
